In Memory Of Steve Irwin
I received the below text in a e-mail two days ago,
so I had a look at what I could wear and the photo
is what I wore today.
Steve Irwin R.I.P. 1962 - 2006.

KHAKI DAY!!!!!!!
Pull on your best Kharki's guys....
International Khaki Day has been proposed in
remembrance of a great man Steve Irwin.
His enthusiasm was infectious and his wildlife
and habitat conservation message reached so
many individuals on various levels.
So this Friday, pull on something Khaki, pants,
a shirt or wear a Khaki wristband...anything khaki
. ..in rememberance of a great man.

Did you hear that Peter Brock died today after crashing in a car trial or race near Perth? He was 61.
But Steve's death is the sadder of the two because of his age, family and ambassador for Australia and loved by so many. Take care, Merle.

Ah, Photoshop and multiple shots are a great combination for vines, don't work at all on guts though.
I got the same email, Wazza. I don't own any khaki, but I was wearing it in my thoughts !!

I didn't get that email, but it just so happends that I was wearing khaki on Friday, by coinsidence.
I didn't see any gut...what could Peter be talking about?
I too wore khaki and didn't even know why!
This may be the only place, so, Steve, RIP.
And yes it is sad with the kids. I parked my motorcycle and quit riding it when our Karen was born.
